If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support and account recovery via your registered mobile number is possible after identity verification.

Yes. Contact the Solts PK support team via live chat or email. For security reasons, changes to registered contact details require identity verification — you will be asked to confirm your identity before any contact information is updated on your account. This prevents unauthorised changes to your account details.

Contact support at support@soltspk.biz or via live chat and request account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method before the account is closed. No documents are required at registration. Your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) may be requested when you process a withdrawal above standard thresholds as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Having your CNIC details ready when you plan to make your first withdrawal will speed the process up significantly.

No. You must register with your real full name as it appears on your CNIC. Using a nickname or a false name is a violation of Solts PK's terms. Accounts found to have been registered with inaccurate personal information will be suspended and withdrawals held pending identity verification. The minimum first deposit on Solts PK is Rs 300. This applies to Easypaisa, JazzCash and most other methods. Some payment methods may have slightly different minimums — full details are shown at the deposit step when you select your method. There is no obligation to deposit any specific amount and you can start with whatever you are comfortable with.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit to your Solts PK balance within a few seconds under normal network conditions. Occasionally a transaction takes up to two minutes during periods of high mobile network load. If your deposit has not appeared after ten minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa or JazzCash app and the team will locate and credit it immediately.

No. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account to fund your Solts PK balance violates our terms. Third-party deposits are flagged automatically and the funds are held pending verification. This rule exists to protect all players from fraud and unauthorised transactions.

Solts PK does not charge any fees on deposits. The amount you deposit is the amount that credits to your playing balance. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply a small transaction fee on their end — this is a charge from your payment provider, not from Solts PK, and it is beyond our control. Check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app for their fee schedule if you want to know in advance.

Yes. IBFT transfers from any Pakistani bank are accepted at Solts PK. Processing time is typically one to four hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Some banks process IBFT transfers instantly; others batch them hourly. Once the transfer is received and confirmed on our end, your balance is credited immediately. Bank details for IBFT deposits are shown in your account's deposit section.

Wait ten minutes — most delays resolve on their own due to temporary network conditions. If your balance still has not updated after ten minutes, contact the Solts PK support team via live chat or email and provide the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa or JazzCash confirmation message. With that reference, the team can locate the transaction and credit your account manually, usually within minutes.

Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Limits are displayed at the deposit step when you select your preferred method. If you regularly need to deposit above standard limits, contact support to discuss account tier options. Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard, select your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer), enter the amount and confirm. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically land in your wallet within 5–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers go through within one to four hours. The system processes standard withdrawals automatically — no support ticket is needed.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Solts PK is Rs 500. This applies to Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Bank transfer minimums may differ — the exact minimum for each method is displayed at the withdrawal step. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: pending KYC verification on your account (first withdrawal from a new account), unmet bonus wagering requirements, mobile network delays on the Easypaisa or JazzCash side, or a bank processing delay for IBFT. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than two hours without explanation, contact support with the withdrawal reference number and they will investigate and resolve it.

Withdrawals must go to a payment account registered in your own name. Ideally, withdrawals go to the same method used for deposits. If you need to withdraw to a different method — for example if you deposited via JazzCash but want to withdraw to your bank account — this is possible but requires identity verification to ensure the destination account belongs to you. Contact support to arrange this.

Solts PK does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount you request is sent to your payment method. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges on receipt — this is between you and your payment provider and is not controlled by Solts PK. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash incoming transfers carry no charge for the recipient.

Your balance is safe. Any funds in your Solts PK account at the time of self-exclusion are not forfeited. Pending bets settle normally. Once settled, the remaining balance is returned to your verified payment method. You will not lose money you have already deposited by choosing to self-exclude — the process is designed to protect you, not to take your funds. See Responsible Gaming for full details.

You can place bets on next wicket, next over total, current over runs and match winner with constantly refreshing prices. Match abandonment rules depend on the specific market. For match winner markets, if a match is abandoned without a result being reached (and no Duckworth-Lewis method result applies), bets are generally voided and stakes returned. Yes. Alongside Pakistan internationals and PSL, Solts PK covers domestic Pakistan cricket including the National T20 Cup and other domestic competitions during the season. Market availability on domestic fixtures may be more limited than for international matches, but match winner and top performer markets are typically available. Check the cricket section of the platform for the current event schedule.

Odds on Solts PK are displayed in decimal format by default, which is the most common international standard and easy to understand — the decimal number multiplied by your stake gives you your total return, including your original stake. If you prefer fractional odds, the format can be changed in your account display settings. All potential returns are shown in PKR before you confirm a bet.

The minimum single bet on cricket markets at Solts PK is Rs 100. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — these are displayed on screen when you enter your stake amount. Yes. Solts PK supports multi-bet accumulators (parlays) across cricket markets, provided the selections are from different matches. Combining markets from the same match in an accumulator is not permitted. Accumulator bets carry larger potential returns but all legs must win for a payout — this is a higher-risk betting format. Prices on these markets shift as the season progresses. All outright PSL bets are placed in PKR and winnings are credited in PKR to your Solts PK balance when the market settles.

Once enabled, a one-time code is sent to your phone each time you log in from a new device — meaning even if someone has your password, they cannot access your account without your phone. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA.

Act immediately: change your password via "Forgot password?" on the Login page, then contact Solts PK support via live chat or email. Report the suspected unauthorised access and provide details of any suspicious activity you have noticed. The support team can lock your account, review the login history and help you secure your account. Enable two-factor authentication as soon as your account is secure to prevent a recurrence.

If you receive a message claiming to be from Solts PK support asking for your password, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond and report it to support@soltspk.biz immediately. Always log in only at soltspk.biz and verify the padlock in your browser's address bar.

Always log out properly when you finish your session on a shared or borrowed device — do not just close the browser tab. Go to the account menu and select "Logout". Do not tick "Keep me signed in" on a device you share with others. If you think your credentials may have been seen by someone else, change your password immediately from a trusted personal device.
Responsible Gaming

Yes. From your account settings, go to the Responsible Gaming section and set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes 24 hours — a built-in cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions overriding a limit that was set thoughtfully. Full details are on the Responsible Gaming page.

Go to Account Settings, select Responsible Gaming, and choose Self-Exclusion. You can select a temporary period (from 24 hours to 12 months) or a permanent exclusion. Temporary exclusions reactivate automatically at the end of the period — permanent exclusion closes the account for good with no option to reopen. All self-exclusion requests are actioned within one hour and your balance is returned to your verified payment method.

A cooling-off period is a short account pause — 1, 7 or 14 days — that gives you a break without the permanence of full self-exclusion. Your account resumes automatically when the cooling-off period ends. Self-exclusion is longer and more formal, ranging from one month to permanent closure. The cooling-off period is ideal if you feel you need a temporary break but are not ready for a longer commitment. Both options are in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.
