Solts PK Terms & Conditions –
What You Need to Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Solts PK ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Solts PK website at soltspk.biz and all associated products and services (collectively "the Platform").

By creating an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on Solts PK, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are unsure about any provision, you should contact our support team before proceeding.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Solts PK.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Solts PK, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Solts PK operates a strict 18+ policy. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts are not permitted to register.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using Solts PK is lawful in your jurisdiction. Solts PK makes no warranty as to the legality of its services in any particular location.
• Mental competence: You must not be acting under any form of compulsion, impairment or undue influence when registering or placing bets. Players who have self-excluded from any gambling platform are not permitted to register on Solts PK during their self-exclusion period.
• Own funds: You must bet using funds that belong to you and that were obtained through legitimate means. Using funds belonging to a third party — including borrowed money or funds obtained through illegal activity — to place bets on Solts PK is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Registration on Solts PK is free and open to all eligible persons. You may hold only one account on the platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Accuracy of information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering on Solts PK. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, contact number and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Solts PK will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately.

• Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold or gifted to another person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your Solts PK account.
• Solts PK reserves the right to verify account information at any time and to require supporting documentation as part of this verification.
• Accounts that are inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review. Solts PK will contact you before any action is taken on an inactive account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Solts PK are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on Solts PK is Rs 300.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your account balance instantly under normal circumstances.
• IBFT and card deposits may take up to one hour to reflect depending on the processing institution.
• You may only deposit funds from accounts and payment instruments registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment method registered to a third party, is prohibited.
• Solts PK does not accept deposits made from sources connected to illegal activity. Any deposit found to originate from illegal funds will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account closed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests on Solts PK are processed within five to fifteen minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT bank transfers typically take one to four hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high platform activity.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made following identity verification.
• Solts PK reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard documents include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• Withdrawal requests made during system maintenance windows may be delayed. You will be notified of any planned maintenance in advance.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Solts PK across all sports and game categories:

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are subject to available funds in your Solts PK account at the time of placement. Bets placed without sufficient funds will be rejected.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended except through the cash-out function where that feature is available for the specific bet.
• Solts PK reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at any time without prior notice. Maximum and minimum stake amounts are displayed within the betting interface.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Solts PK reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account balance.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

• All cricket bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, ECB, BCCI, Cricket Australia or equivalent). The official result is final for settlement purposes regardless of subsequent appeals or reviews.
• If a match is abandoned without a result being possible — due to weather, pitch conditions, security or any other reason — all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. This does not apply where a result has been reached by an agreed method such as DLS.
• DLS results count as official results for match winner, series and outright markets on Solts PK unless the specific market requires a minimum number of overs that was not completed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. Markets may suspend temporarily at critical moments — wickets, DRS reviews, injuries — and reopen once the situation is confirmed.
• Disputes about bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the official result being declared. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

5.3 Slots and Casino Games

• All slot and casino games on Solts PK use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. These systems are independently audited for fairness.
• Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and are not influenced by previous results, account status or any other external factor.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game — disconnection, server error — the bet will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by Solts PK's servers. If no reliable state can be determined, the stake is returned.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Solts PK offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotional terms at the time of claiming.
• Time limits: Bonuses are valid for a specified period stated in the promotional terms. Any unused bonus balance or unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of this period will be forfeited without notice.
• Eligible games: Not all games on Solts PK contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold and work through one bonus at a time on Solts PK. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse: Solts PK reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. This includes coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies or exploitation of promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Withdrawal before wagering: If you choose to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirements associated with a bonus, the full bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

7. Responsible Gaming

Solts PK is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following obligations apply to all players:

• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winning.
• You confirm that you are not betting with money that you cannot afford to lose, with borrowed funds, or with funds intended for essential household or family expenditure.
• You accept that Solts PK provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion — and that you will use these tools if your gambling becomes a source of financial or personal distress.
• If you request self-exclusion on Solts PK, we will action this immediately. You agree not to attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account.

Solts PK reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close any account where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested intervention. This is a protective measure and is not intended as a punitive action.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Solts PK. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where relevant, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to access or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using VPN or proxy services to access markets or features not available in your jurisdiction, or to obscure your true location.
• Making deposits using payment methods registered to third parties.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward any Solts PK staff member or other player.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Solts PK platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces and data — is the property of Solts PK or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Solts PK content without prior written permission.
• Scrape, extract or systematically collect data from the platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Solts PK website on any other website or platform.
• Reverse engineer any software or game logic used on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Solts PK provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solts PK excludes all liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical faults or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from events outside our control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, natural disasters or telecommunications failures.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the platform, even where Solts PK has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions, beyond obligations set out in our payment terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits Solts PK's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Solts PK collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, payment processing, bet settlement and responsible gaming obligations. 12. Amendments to These Terms

Solts PK reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

All amendments take effect from the date of publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Solts PK platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to discuss your account.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Solts PK platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our standard complaints process, the parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

Complaints Process: If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Solts PK service, you should first contact the support team at support@soltspk.biz with full details. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within five working days. If your complaint relates to a specific bet or transaction, please include the relevant reference number.

In the event of a conflict between the English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
